Blessing Before Eating

 

I thank the Universe
and all its elements
for providing this food today.

I bless this food
and ask that its goodness
nourish and sustain
my body, mind and spirit.

I also ask my body
to utilize this nourishment
and to transmute and eliminate
anything that is not beneficial
of my highest good.
