The Lighten Up Process
Carol says, “Intention is as important in this process as the process itself!” She says, “once you develop a loving relationship with your body, your body starts responding in a loving way back to you. It starts having more energy, it has fewer aches and pains, and it becomes healthier.” Carol tells us this thought process comes from some higher place – a place many of us are not consciously aware of. You will become more centered. You will find that stressful situations are becoming less stressful to you. Carol goes on to say that your health will start improving and you will have a sense of well-being. You will feel empowered with a sense of vitality. You will be free!The Lighten Up process was developed by Carol Hansen-Grey, who was, as so many of us, looking for a way to make her life perfect, whole and complete. Carol tells us that by simply making a small commitment to ourselves we can have this. By making the decision and having the intention to bring our body, mind and spirit into alignment, by beginning to honor and love our bodies, just as they are, we can change our lives and heal ourselves of unwanted habits and illnesses. By removing judgments from our lives and learning to love ourselves we can with a five minute a day process, have it all.
Carol states emphatically that this process is the bridge that enables you to shift from hate and apathy to love and acceptance of your body and ultimately, of yourself. She says, you do not have to believe that it will work, you do not have to believe what you need to say, but you just have to Do It daily, and miracles will begin to happen in your life.
